Oval, the body densely chased and engraved with realistic clam, mussel, oyster shells, and stylized cuttlefish highlighted by gilt aquatic foliage, the ends chased with ample spiral shells, raised on a spot-hammered spreading oval foot, gilt interior, marked on underside and with retailer mark for Theodore B.
