Specialist note

Un exemple comparable avec le même motif de vigne fleurie, mais sur un fond ivoire, est conservé au Bayerisches Armeemuseum en Allemagne (Inv. A 1855).

A comparble example with the same overall flowering vine design as the present kilim but on an ivory ground, is in the Bayerisches Armeemuseum, A 1855, Germany.
