Specialist note

The present work is related to a larger watercolor of the same title in the collection of the Milwaukee Art Museum, Milwaukee, Wisconsin. Both works depict the home of Allan Lynch, a neighbor of the Wyeth family in Chadd's Ford, Pennsylvania.
