The later rectangular cornice painted with foliate scrolls, above turned and fluted posts and square feet adorned with pressed-metal masks, the bed rails in oak, redecorated circa 1960, with blue and gold floral hangings by Richard Humphries circa 1991, the foot posts possibly 19th century
