Tasting note: Deep nose of molasses, touch of beef-tea with fine smoked aromas. Quite an intriguing nose in fact. Rich unctuous start of taste, dried apricots, leather and high extracted aroma’s. Creamy soft mouthfeel, touch of grapefruit bitter packed in Turkish fruit . A charming Malvasia of delicacy. Like a younger brother of the Reserva. Build in the same way yet a touch more elegant and rounded. Beautiful discovery. October 2020. Edwin Vos
