Krug 1971 Tasting Note: Medium gold colour. Fantastically complex nose combining freshness with maturity; hints of caramel, honey, white flowers, fresh apricot and peach, nuances of hazelnuts and almonds. On the palate a delicate mousse and creamy texture with intense flavours of apple tart and lemon and lime citrus fruits and redcurrants with a long finish. Excellent. Fully mature.
