Tasting note: Pale gold colour. Multi-layered complexity on the nose with hints of white flowers, peach and strawberry with nuances of toasted brioche, hazelnuts, honey and mocha… each nose in the glass revealing more from the complex bouquet. Very intense flavours on the palate with fine textured mousse, vibrant refreshing acidity and a long persistent finish. Combines elegance and finesse with power and richness. Excellent.
