According to the Archives of Audemars Piguet this watch was sold in 1995.
An iconic model of the Audemars Piguet Manufacture - The present timepiece is one of the most iconic sport watch ever created, bestowed with a highly attractive pink dial.
In 1992, the impact of the Royal Oak was more than apparent. To commemorate the 20th anniversary of the Royal Oak, Audemars Piguet launched an extremely rarefied series of timepieces. Produced only in 700 examples in stainless steel, 280 in yellow gold, 20 in platinum - The stainless steel version was available with two different dials that included a cobalt blue smoke-tinted treated like the original Royal Oak from 1972 and a pink one which became the most special one amongst collectors.
Consigned by an important private collector and offered in superb condition, the timepiece is furthermore sold with the original wooden presentation box, based on the design of a Royal Oak. The watch was carefully looked after as a cherished highlight of the owner’s collection.
