THREE HARDSTONE AXES
NEOLITHIC PERIOD, 4TH-3RD MILLENNIUM BC
Each axe has a large hafting hole. The longest, Liangzhu culture, is of white tone with pale beige alteration. The other two axes are from Southeast China. The stone of one is greyish-black with satiny finish, and the other is silvery grey with extensive beige alteration.
