Specialist note

According to the Archives of Vacheron Constantin the present watch was manufactured in 1936.

An exceptional piece of design and craftsmanship, the combined elements of the three-tone silvered dial and case harmonise in a symphony of monochrome white.

The platinum case set with 12 diamonds and with recessed crown is made by the Geneva master case maker Wenger whose mark of a number 1 in a key is found punched inside the back.

The dial is simply stunning in three-tone brushed silver with hard enamel signature and minute track beautifully raised, a feature of the dials of some of the very best vintage timepieces and so appreciated by collectors.
