The canted later white marble top above an egg-and-dart cast border above a stiff-leaf and sunflower-mounted frieze and a pair of cupboard doors fronted with cartouche-framed figures emblematic of Art and Music, enclosing a single shelf, the angles headed by espagnolettes on a shaped apron

VAT is also payable (at 20%) on the buyer’s Premium on a VAT inclusive basis. When a buyer of such a lot has registered an EU address but wishes to export the lot or complete the import into another EU country, he must advise Christie's immediately after the auction. This lot will be removed to Christie’s Park Royal. Christie’s will inform you if the lot has been sent offsite. Our removal and storage of the lot is subject to the terms and conditions of storage which can be found at Christies.com/storage and our fees for storage are set out in the table below - these will apply whether the lot remains with Christie’s or is removed elsewhere.
