The serpentine outshape surmounted by a winged figure over a double-headed eagle, the case with a central glazed door mounted to the base with a figure holding a cornucopia and enclosing a dial with enamel cartouches painted with Roman numeral hours and signed 'IOANNES. BIESTA/ A PARIS', the movement with countwheel strike on bell, the feet cornered with bérainesque circus figures, on a tapering bracket mounted with female masks above a berried boss, with spurious 'C couronne'
