From Christie’s London 10th October 2018 sale. These three magnums of Petrus 1947 were delivered to Petrus for an authentication clinic in January 2018. Following inspection by the team at Petrus, some of the original capsules were replaced with Chateau capsules and the magnums were returned to Octavian in March 2018 prior to being offered in the London sale. One damaged and cut capsule. Two bin-soiled and slightly damaged labels, one damaged and badly stained label. All with Nicolas stamps. US slip labels. Levels: two mid-upper shoulder and one mid-shoulder
