Specialist note
The present travel clock can be admired for its form and function with a combination of an 8-day minute repeating mechanism and highly practical, yet elegant, leather-covered case with gilt detailing. It represents Cartier’s unique style and ethos at this moment in history. When one listens to the chime of the minute repeater it is clear and with great tone and clarity, a sound only to be expected from a Cartier timepiece.
