The arms are those of Fletcher quartering Boughy quartering Fenton and others, implaing Chetwode, for Sir John Fenton Boughy 2nd Bt. (1784-1823), M.P. for Stafford and his wife Henrietta Dorothy (d.1849), daughter of Sir John Chetwode of Oakley, whom he married in 1808.
