Specialist note

The present reference is a fine example of the so-called “big block exotic square guards”, sold with its period accessories. The name is derived from the unique square-shaped protective crown guards, and the “Exotic” dial: grey combined with blue and orange inscriptions, it was reminiscent of a colour combination made famous by the TUDOR Oysterdate “Montecarlo”.
