Tasting note: Strong deep nose of apple tackle and spice cake. Quite expressive. Clearly a long cask aged classic style Madeira. On the taste this sensation of extended canteiro aging continues.
Balsamic aromas followed by concentrated acidity and sweet dried fruits linger on the after taste with a slight bitter tone behind. Strong wine. March 2018. EV.
