Consisting of 130 photographs, this was the second in a series of exhibitions that aimed to 'demonstrate how the art of photography has added to our knowledge of the truth'. The present work by Ansel Adams was included in this exhibition, along with works by Dorothea Lange, Tosh Matsumoto, Aaron Siskind, Todd Webb and Man Ray.
