The successor to the reference 5140, the 5327 was introduced last year in 2016. Offered here from the original owner with all of its accessories, it is an impressive example of modern Patek Philippe production in both engineering and design.
This reference houses the caliber 240 Q, used for over three decades by the firm due to its reliability and precision. One will notice through the sapphire crystal display back the impeccable hand-finished movement with mini-rotor and PP seal of excellence. At a large 39mm, the case is significantly larger to those perpetuals which preceded such as the 5140 or the 3940.
The large diameter allows one to admire the 18k gold Breguet numerals which are spaced nicely offering a well proportioned aesthetic. To the untrained eye, the case seems fairly usual, apart from its larger size. However, upon closer inspection one will notice the beautifully sculpted lugs, reminiscent of he reference 5522 which was introduced in 2013. The scalloped sides offer an interesting perspective when on the wrist.
Fresh to market and worn only a handful of occasions, this watch is offered 'complete' and in excellent overall condition.
