PONSOT
Domaine Ponsot was established in 1772 and is now one of the leading producers in Burgundy. Ponsot was one of the first domaines to practice estate bottling in the 1930's, and even more importantly, the Ponsots were the first to understand the importance of clonal selection in vineyards. In fact, many of the most important Pinot Noir clones have their origins in Ponsot property.
