Specialist note

According the Archives of Vacheron Constantin, the present watch was manufactured in 1978.

This slim and very chic 1978 vintage Vacheron Constantin is fitted with a hand-engraved and skeletonized version of the legendary caliber 1003, the world’s thinnest hand-wound movement within a solid 18K gold surround pavé-set with diamonds. The spring barrel cover is pierced with the VC emblem of the Maltese cross. The bezel of the square case is also pavé diamond-set lending an overall scintillating effect to this timeless classic watch of great elegance.
