Note du spécialiste

In An Elegant Spirit, Sean Hepburn Ferrer remembers John was a dear friend of the family and probably one of the great and most underrated photographers of the last century. My parents were very close to him and Dorothy McGuire, his wife. Along with Gregory Peck and Mel Ferrer, actress Dorothy McGuire founded the La Jolla Playhouse in 1947.
