Worn by Audrey Hepburn when meeting the dancers Galina Samsova and Fernando Bujones after the performance of Sleeping Beauty, conductor Andre Presser, choreography by Meni Montresor, at the Terme di Caracalla, Rome, October 26th, 1978.
Unfortunately, we have not been able to attribute this piece definitively to a designer, but family tradition attributes it to Valentino.
