A 'WARRING STATES' EMBOSSED YIXING CLAY TEAPOT

Bearing the seal mark: 'Ancient rhyme', this teapot is made of Yixing clay. The clay was fired in a high temperature wood kiln, and was created in 2017. The artist has used traditional motifs from the Warring States period to decorate the exterior. By holding this handmade teapot, one may imagine engaging a dialogue with the ancients.
