DARROZE
The name Darroze has been synonymous with quality and gastronomy for many generations. The family were restaurateurs before Armagnac producers, but now they are known to be one of the greatest houses. The Armagnacs from Darroze are allowed, nay encouraged to evolve slowly, they are purists, they do not employ any of the quick fixes that many houses allow – like adding caramel or sugar syrups to the blend. Patience is key. Darroze purchase spirit from a number of different properties across the Bas Armagnac region, always searching for the greatest spirit available.
