Specialist note

The present watch is a superb example of the classic and ever-popular gold and blue Submariner, it has remained totally unworn for almost ten years and can be truly called “new old stock”. The plastic protective seals are still intact on both the watch and bracelet clasp as is the reference number sticker on the back.
Reference 16618, the all-gold Submariner, was launched in the mid-1980s, fitted with the caliber 3135 movement and quick-set calendar functions.
