Movement: manual, cal. CH 27-70 Q, stamped with the Geneva seal, 24 jewels
Dial: steel-coloured, applied blackened white gold baton numerals, railway minute divisions combined with five minutes Arabic divisions, outer tachymetre scale, two windows for day and month in English, three subsidiary dials for constant seconds combined with 24 hours indication, 30 minutes register combined with leap year indication, date combined with aperture for moon phases

Purchased by the present owner at Wempe in Stuttgart in 2008, the present white gold reference 5970 has never before been offered in public and comes with all the original paperwork and accessories.
