More Information
Specialist note
The present ref. 2541 impresses with its well-preserved overall condition and the attractive, uniform gilt patina of the dial. It is furthermore believed to be one of only three examples of this model in yellow gold to have appeared in public to date.
Reference 2541
Reference 2541 was launched in 1954 and was in production during a very short period of time only. It is known among collectors as “fat boy” because of its large size, enlarged bezel and heavy lugs rendering it a much more barrel shape than most of Patek Philippe Calatrava models produced of the period.
