DIAL: black matte, baton numerals, luminous accents, luminous hands, three subsidiary engine turned dials for constant seconds, 30 minute and 12 hour register
CASE: stainless steel, screw down back, faceted down-turned lugs, two chronograph pushers in the band, 41 mm. diam.

Specialist note

Enicar was founded in 1914 in La Chaux-de-Fonds by Ariste Racine who named his manufacture by reversing his last name. The production of Sherpa chronographs started in the 1960’s and soon became very popular for their quality and design. They were meant to be tool watches and were originally used as such by competitive race drivers.
