Specialist note

Born in Bogota in 1975, Juan Pablo Montoya was quickly drawn by his father to the world of motor racing. At only 6 years old, Montoya had already won the title of Colombian National Carting Champion, leading him towards the F3000 championship and Formula One. Later racing in the IndyCar Series, Montoya has become over the years a true crossover race winner.

Highlight of his career include winning the Indianapolis 500, the Grand Prix of Monaco, 24 hours of Daytona, the British and Italian Grand Prix.

First Formula One ambassador for Audemars Piguet, the present limited edition chronograph emanates from motor racing. Made out of Titanium, the ultra-light case is allied to a bezel made of Carbon and a strap inspired from the racing suits of pilots.
