Specialist note

With Patek Philippe Extract from the Archives confirming production of the present watch with gilt center, pavé diamond-set periphery 11x2 emerald hour markers and set with 274 diamonds weighing approximately 1.36 carats in 1985 and its subsequent sale on 4 August 1987.

To the best of our knowledge, the present lot is fresh to the auction market.

Reference 4700 was in production from 1981 until 2004 and was available in different versions as to case material and dial layout.
