Specialist note

This design of Heuer Autavia is named in honour of Joseph “Jo” Siffert, the Swiss Formula 1 driver. Siffert was in fact one of the first drivers sponsored by Heuer, he was paid 25,000 Swiss Francs for displaying the Heuer logo on his race suit. According to legend, it was Jo Siffert who suggested to Steve McQueen that he wear a Heuer Monaco.
