The 18 karat gold letter opener consisting of a tapering blade, with hand engraved lapis lazuli and diamond-set handle, four 18 karat gold and diamond-set sculptured rams, scroll decoration, signed by maker
With a length of approximately 240 mm.

Commissioned by Patek Philippe, the present letter opener is crafted out of 18 karat gold and is furthermore set with diamonds and Lapis Lazuli sides. Outstanding example of craftsmanship, the letter opener is set with gold hand-engraved Rams with diamond-set horns. Offered in mint condition, signed PPC with 18k gold marks, the present piece is part of the rarest gems from Patek Philippe and represents a rare opportunity for collectors of the brand.
