Accompanied by a Patek Philippe Extract from the Archives confirming production of the present watch with rose gold dial in 2009 and its subsequent sale on April 2nd of the same year, and an undated Patek Philippe Certificate of Origin. Further accompanied by a setting pin, product literature, Patek Philippe leather envelope, Patek Philippe presentation box, Patek Philippe presentation slipcase, outer packaging and tie-tag.

To the best of our knowledge the present watch has never been offered at auction before and is sealed in a Patek Philippe factory sealed transparent bag and therefore never been worn.

Reference 5450 was launched in 2008 and produced in a limited series of 300 pieces for collectors to see the details of the exclusive Pulsomax escapement, the escape wheel made of silicon-based Silinvar and the Spiromax balance spring also made of Silinvar. These three innovations have resulted in increased reliability without lubrication, rate accuracy optimization based on improved isochronism, increased efficiency of the Swiss lever escapement, and an increased power reserve. The result is greater amplitude stability and longer-term rate accuracy.
