The Master Grand Tourbillon Enamel model is equipped with Jaeger-LeCoultre calibre 978 and also features a one minute tourbillon. This calibre won the first prize at the International Timing Competition, organized by the Watch Museum of Le Locle, Switzerland, in 2009.

Jaeger-LeCoultre has long been renowned for its artistry in enameling for many years. Using the champlevé and grand feu enameling techniques, the dial of the watch finely illustrates the map of the Asia and Australia continents. Jaeger-LeCoultre created three sets of watches with illustrations of different continents for this series - firstly Asia and Australia, then Europe, Africa and Middle East combined, and finally America.

The present watch is numbered 9 of a limited edition of 20 examples produced and is in excellent overall condition.
