Cal. 9433 MC mechanical jewelled movement, aperture for one minute tourbillon carriage visible through the white gold engine-turned dial, Roman numerals, three subsidiary dials for month, date combined with 30 minute register and 8 day power reserve indication combined with aperture for day, heavy circular case, chronograph mechanism operated through the sapphire-set crown, glazed display back secured by eight screws, platinum Cartier deployant buckle, case, dial and movement signed

In 2007 SIHH, Cartier presented the Rotonde de Cartier Grande Complication wristwatch from its collection - the Privée Cartier Paris series. This watch was designed and manufactured by Renaud et Papi - who also created watches for brands like Audemars Piguet and Richard Mille - but this watch was exclusively configured for Cartier. The movement of this watch includes complications such as, the perpetual calendar, the tourbillon, the monopusher chronograph, and an 8 day power reserve indicator.

Furthermore, the present watch is number 7 of a limited edition of 10 examples only.
