THE VASES CIRCA 1765-70, INCISED C D/2, THE HARDPASTE STANDS LATE 18TH CENTURY, GILT WITH CROWNED INTERLACED L MARKS FLANKED BY GILDER'S MARKS FOR ETIENNE-GABRIEL GIRARD, ONE PORCELAIN COVER AN EARLY 19TH CENTURY CHAMBERLAIN'S WORCESTER REPLACEMENT, SCRIPT IRON-RED MARKS
Each of compressed form with foliate handles and gilt-fluted necks, the sides reserved with panels of figures in wooded landscapes, within gilt oval cartouches, the reverses with bouquets of flowers, each supported on two circular stands in sizes (one handle a restored replacement, other vase with damages to both handles, covers with minor rim chipping, chip to rim of one stand, minor wear to gilding)
Approx. 11 in. (28 cm.) high overall
