Centering upon a cushion-shaped ruby, weighing approximately 6.02 carats, flanked by a pavé-set circular-cut diamond rabbit and a circular-cut pink diamond rabbit, each set with circular-cut ruby eyes, mounted in gold, 5.0 cm
