Referenece 5146 known as the "Annual Calendar" was launched by Patek Philippe in 2005 in yellow or white gold with caliber 315 229. In 2008 this caliber was replaced with caliber 324. Since 2010 Patek Philippe have also added their own PP seal as is seen on the present watch.
