Artist's Resale Right ("Droit de Suite"). Specialist note

Helmut Dorner, who studied under Gerhard Richter, emerged as a major German abstract painter in the 1980s. In Untitled he explores the subjectivity of the sitter through a staccato arrangement of multicoloured lines.
