The centre of the dish decorated with mandarin ducks in a lotus pond, the border depicting The Eight Daoist Immortals holding their attributes riding amongst cresting waves; the bowl decorated with the coat of arms and crest of Johns of Trewince, Cornwall and two floral sprays, the interior with a chain border
The dish 12 5/8 in. (32 cm.) diam.
