The old brilliant-cut diamond within a cabochon emerald, ruby and sapphire flowerhead cluster, set within a pavé old brilliant-cut diamond circlet, to an old brilliant-cut diamond pierced bow and articulated ribbon, with baguette-cut diamond fringe base, 6.8 cm long, one diamond deficient
