A JADEITE CARVING
The finely carved jadeite of white ground and very good translucency, suffused with intense green and yellow patches, depicting three merry children amidst lotus flowers, leaves and pods, the children are holding ingots and lingzhi, representing the rebus 'surplus year after year' and 'continual birth of children', to the wooden stand, carving approximately 7.4 x 14.4 x 2.9 cm
Accompanied by report no. KJ89671 dated 23 March 2015 from the Hong Kong Jade & Stone Laboratory stating that the carving is natural jadeite and no polymer is detected
