Cal. 33''' circular gilt-finished lever movement powered through a photo electric cell, 29 jewels, Gyromax balance, the battery recharged by the solar panel, silvered matte dial with two applied gold chapter rings, outer ring engraved with baton numerals, gilt dauphine hands, cylindrical satined case with finely hand-engraved stylized Moorish floral decoration, solar panel set into the revolving dome top, three fluted feet, case and movement numbered, dial signed

Specialist note

With Patek Philippe Extract from the Archives confirming production of the present Dome clock with Moorish decoration on brass in 1953 and its subsequent sale on 11 October 1955. Furthermore delivered with Patek Philippe fitted presentation box.

To the best of our knowledge, this clock has never been offered in public before.
