titled 'Le Premier Client' and each numbered '1-5' in succession (on the mount); Estate stamps (on the reverse of the mounts)

Specialist note

The present lot is a spread from Brassaï’s unrealized project for a book of dozens of series consisting of two to eight images each. The proposed title was D’un instant à l’autre. These are the only pages known to be separated from the original maquette which was part of the Brassaï Estate.
