The square case diagonally-set with a scrolling vine with ruby and brilliant-cut diamond buds and baguette-cut diamond ribbon, to a reeded surround, opening to reveal a mirror and a powder compartment inscribed 'Adeline from Paul - Xmas 1945', 6.8cm wide
