Designed as concentric circles, set with brilliant-cut diamonds, circular-cut rubies and pink sapphires, suspending pear-shaped pink sapphire and ruby fringes, to the pear-shaped diamond centre and top, mounted in 18k white gold, 6.1 cm long

Signed VCA and with maker's mark for Van Cleef & Arpels, No. ML4872
