Cal. 1426/PB jewelled mechanical movement, silvered brushed dial, applied baton numerals, circular case, dial concealed under a brilliant-cut diamond-set hinged cover, winding crown to the case back secured by two screws, highly flexible and articulated, 18k white gold, brilliant and baguette-cut diamond-set Vacheron Constantin bracelet, case, dial and movement signed
