Specialist note

The present GMT-Master wristwatch is one of the exceedingly rare watches, all brands and models combined, featuring exclusively the red signature of His Highness Sheikh Mohammed bin Rashid Al Maktoum on the dial. More commonly found in combination with the UAE crest, watches sporting only his signature are among the scarcest species of these personalized timepieces.

A highlight for the connoisseur of rare timepieces, this GMT-Master is furthermore preserved in extremely appealing original overall condition. Its spotless black dial shows attractively discoloured luminous material to numerals and hands displaying an uniform and most appealing sand tone, beautifully harmonizing with the dark red printing of His Highness' signature. The case has evidently never been exposed to careless polishing and impresses with its full body and sharp angles to the facets of the lugs. The attractively bleached bezel further enhances the appealing look of this rare timepiece.

The combination of exceptional rarity, royal provenance, personalized dial and excellent, original overall condition render this GMT-Master one of the most important references 1675 to appear in public in recent years.
