CIRCA 1770, THE TOP REPLACED IN THE 19TH CENTURY
The sliding top inset with a green leather panel above a fitted drawer with central ratcheted leather-lined slope flanked by a pair of compartments with rose-inlaid hinged covers, the exterior of the table inlaid with pastoral scenes, some chutes stamped '450'
28 in. (71 cm.) high; 34 in. (86 ½ cm.) wide; 17 ¾ in. (45 cm.) deep

Probably Charles William Vane, 3rd Marquess of Londonderry (1778-1854) and Frances Anne, Marchioness of Londonderry (1800-65) and by descent.
